You may be invited to complete surveys being run by other survey companies, however you will always be contacted through Ask Me... Pay Me! and / or Cint - we will never share or sell your contact information to third parties, unless specifically authorised by you. No contact will be made to any respondent arising from their participation in a survey, unless specifically authorised by that respondent. Where a respondent agrees to be contacted by a third party it is recommended that they familiarise themselves with that party’s privacy statement. Registered members of the survey panel can review their privacy settings at any time by logging in to their account and selecting "Privacy Settings".
Where individual information is required to identify a winner of a competition or draw this may be revealed to the appropriate client. Please refer to individual competition rules which will refer to the requirements for publicity of winners' names.
What is a cookie? A cookie is a text based block of data that a web server places on a user’s PC. Typically it is used to ease navigation through the site. We may use cookies to identify you and to log you into your account when you return to the site, and some surveys use cookies to speed up the survey process. Users can decline the cookies by adjusting the "accept cookies" setting on their browser, however this may effect the functionality of surveys on client web sites. Registered members of the survey panel can also review their survey cookie settings at any time by logging in to their account and selecting "Privacy Settings".
We also collect statistical site usage information about how the site is used. We aggregate this information to get a better understanding of how visitors use our site. We do not use this code to collect any personally identifiable information.
We store your information, whenever possible on secure servers in the European Economic Area (EEA). Where information is stored outside the EEA we ensure that the relevant provider operates to GDPR equivalent standards.
Data that we gather when you join our survey panel is stored by Cint AB (Sweden).
We will continue to send you survey invitations until you tell us not to or use the unsubscribe option on any of our survey emails, or if you unsubscribe from within your panel account.
Data that we gather when you sign up to our email newsletter is processed by GetWebCraft Limited (Cyprus) and stored by Aweber Systems Inc. (U.S.A.). Aweber Systems Inc is compliant with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. When you sign up to our email newsletter, you agree to your data being stored in this way.
As a subscriber to our email newsletters, we may contact you from time to time to ask for your feedback on how to improve our email newsletter service.

By agreeing to take part in video and or audio recorded survey responses you acknowledge and agree that we shall be entitled to edit, copy, add to, adapt or translate the Recordings at our discretion and, in respect of the Recordings, you hereby irrevocably waive in favour of us, our assignees and licensees the benefit of all moral rights and performers' rights arising under the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 (as amended) or similar rights arising under the laws of any jurisdiction.
We may pass on your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so, or if we have to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements. This may include disclosing to other companies and organisations in connection with fraud protection. We won’t share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research (beyond that directly related to the survey panel activity) or commercial purposes, and we don’t pass on your details to other websites

If you’ve signed up for email newsletters, you can unsubscribe or change your settings at any time.
Registered members of the Ask Me... Pay Me! panel can review and update the profile information they have submitted by logging into their membership profile here. Members can also review and update their privacy settings from their membership area.
Members may cancel their membership at any time by logging into their membership profile then selecting “Close account” then confirming. Alternatively members may cancel their membership by emailing info@askmepayme.ie with a request to cancel their membership from the email address with which they originally registered.
