General Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Only validated members of the Ask Me... Pay Me! panel will be entered into prize draws


2. Single entries only allowed for members, duplicates will be disqualified


3. In the case of referral draws ("refer a friend") multiple entries are allowed for referrers (members referring new members), one entry for each unique user that the referrer refers


4. Prize draws will take place at such intervals as the operator deems suitable


5. The winner(s) will be the first name(s) (email address) drawn at random


6. The winner(s) will be contacted by email to arrange payment. Failure to respond to this email within 14 days will forfeit the prize and the prize draw will be re-run.  Cash prizes will be paid via Paypal.


7. Prize winners will be announced on www.facebook.com/askmepayme


8. The winner’s name and county may be used for promotional purposes; no other personal details will be disclosed


9. Winners may be asked to participate in other non-paid promotional activity related to the prize draw


10. The operator of the prize draw reserves the right to suspend the draw or modify the terms and conditions of the draw without notice
